DSSD25/DTSD25 Electronical Three-phase Multi-function Energy Meter is a kind of new watthour meter which product by advanced microelectronic, technigyes\computer techniqyes and S.M.T.It is
elaborately desingned and manufactured by our company. It can directly and accurately measure every active and reactive energy both import and export and can do with it by relevant demand of
rate and demand,it also can display the Instantaneous voltage, current, active power, power factors, apparent power, power frequency and so on. All performance guideline is accord with IEC62053-

This series of manufactures have two RS485 interfaces with mutual independence and one optical port,it can program or data reading through RS485 or optical port.It also can set time consumption .
This energy meter also have the functions of centennial calendar clock,the record of events, waking up and data reading during power break.Because of steady performance,good precision,
comprehensive function , easy manipulation,and credible measure ,it be regarded as a ideal calculatedly aphance.Basic functionA high - speed and high - precision AC voltage current acquisition
module is embedded , the sampling precision is high , and the electric energy metering is accurate in real time ;The time-sharing metering combines active power, positive and negative active
electricity and demand, combined reactive power, four quadrant reactive power, and has 485 functions of communication and infrared communication.Excellent electromagnetic compatibility,
Resist the interference of high pressure peak pulse, strong magnetic field, strong static electricity, lightning surge, and have strong adaptive ability range of temperature;Three-phase power supply
(i.e. line power supply mode),The electric energy meter can still work normally when any phase or the two phase and four wire in the three-phase three wire is broken down.In the case of loss of
AC power, the meter can keep the data and maintain the clock chip.Low power consumption;Sealing design,PVC waterproof and flame retardant material, wall hanging structure, compact size, easy
to install.
2.1 Measurement function
1).Measure active energy import and export in four rates(the active energy’s measurement mode can set)
2).Measure reactive energy import and export in four rates(the reactive energy’s measurement mode can set)
3).Measure total active energy,total reactive energy,active energy in every phase for the both the current and last month , reactive energy in every phase for the cunrrent month.
4).Measure reactive energy in four rates at four quadrants.
5).Mesure active maximum demand import and export,reactive maximum demand import and export and the four quadrant”s reactive maximum demand with time stamp.
6). Record three months’ data for energy and demand;record tweleve months’ data for active energy import and active maximum demand import.
2.2 Multi-rates function
1).Four rates,14 period, 8 day time table, 14 year time zone, 254 public holiday;
2)The meter has the function of programming and recording time table and settlement day.
3)2 sets of time zone tables and 2 sets of daily schedule;
4)The out-configure’s clock chip have functions of calendar,hour format and leapyear auto switch.
2.3 Display function
1).LCD display,it can display clear at the temperature -30℃ to 55℃.
2)Data scroll display function(the number of the scroll display can’t exceed 96),the scroll display code,the scroll-display sequence can be programed discretionarily
3).Data key display function(the number of the manual scroll display can’t exceed 96), the key display code,the key display sequence can be programed discretionarily.
4).Using the remote infrared controller can check any data content.
5).The data content of LCD display have English and related symbols for hint.
2.4 Communication function
1).The meter have two RS485 interfaces and one optical port, PC or HHU can use this ports to communicate with meter at the same time,and it will not interfere each other .When they communicating;
the optical port is used for programmable and data reading.,it also be used for checking the meter’s data as remote control.
2).The RS485 interfaces can insulate by electricity to the meter inside,and it is designed to avoid the thunder’s attack.
3). The communicationg ‘s protocol is DL/T 645、MODBUS RTUcommunication protocol.
2.5 Output function
1)Has the function of pulse test port output, and has telecontrol pulse output for active energy import and export, and telecontrol pulse output for reactive energy import and export.
2).Have multifunction signal outputs,such as 1HZ clock,the warning signal for overload and loss of voltage, demand interval for meter’s test .
3).Have signal outputs for warning.
4)Remote output function (optional): it has the function of pulse test port output, and has positive and reverse reactive power, far artery impulse output, forward and backward reactive power

5)Analog output function (optional): 4-20mA analog output function..
2.6.The function of event record
1).Real time measurement of A, B, C three phase voltage, current, power and other effective values and current frequency
2).It has the following functions: loss of voltage, phase interruption, loss of current, full voltage loss, voltage reverse phase sequence, undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, interruption,
unbalanced current, overload, total power factor, stop call, programming, zero clearing and time calibration.
2.7.The special function
1).Waking up and data reading during power break
2).Display the information for failure,the function of warning(the LED and display);
3).It has the functions of timing freezing, instantaneous freezing, convention freezing, daily freezing and whole freezing.
4).Record the data of the electric meter before zero clearance.
5).Password locking function: after the password verification 3 errors, the liquid crystal will show "", at this time the meter will automatically lock up for 24 hours.
6)Has the auxiliary power supply function(optional).

2.8.The analog output function (optional)
The instrument has analog output and output function (hardware and software support). The output of the measurement is output in analog form. The analog output can be set to any one of
the 23 measuring quantities. The analog output is set as follows:

4. Meter installation and connection
4.1 The meter should be fixed on the place that indoors and should be ventilation and dry to ensure that the installation is safe and reliable.If it is a dirty or possible damage place ,the meter should be protectedinaabinet.

4.2 At the top of the meter ,there is a hole that can be fixed by a screw(M410),at the below of the meter ,there are two holes that can be fixed by two screws(PA410 or PA412).please use the sizes as follows to drill the soleplate,and the meter’s base should be fixed in the place where is hard ,fireproof and no-shake.
4.3 The meter shoule be wired correctly follow the diagram.Advise to use copper or copper connectors as the lines to connect the terminal block.The screw in the terminal cover should be tightened to avoid burnned that caused by the wire who are too thin or not chonnect well.

Explanation of LCD symbols
6. Transport and storage
The meter shall not be subjected to severe impact during transport and un-packing, and be transported and stored according to requirements of national standards GB/T15464 “General technical requirements for packaging of instruments and apparatus”. Keep the meter on the shelves with its original package during storage, the stacking height shall not be higher than five layers. The storing place should be keep clean and the ambient temperature shall be within the range of-25℃~+70℃, with relative humidity less than 85%, and no corrosive gasses in the atmosphere.
7. Warranty
Only in the conditions that the user fully follows the operating instructions and keeps lead seal intact, the manufacturer will provide repair or replacement free of charge within 18 months after the date of shipment for the meter that has nonconformance to the technical requirements.

The remote infrared controller is designed to help users to see all the data and parameter,the basic function of it is to check the content of Items,to reading the datas,and to make the meter scroll display.
